Image
First thing I noticed on the bag rack was color. This is such a beautiful green and then I looked at the condition and quality of the bag. All the metal hardware is flawless, the handles hardware rings have Charlotte Reid London engraved to them, all zippers are functioning and textile inside is flawless. This bag looks brand new to me. Here is info and other handbags I found online: https://instylefashionhk.com/collections/charlotte-reid-london?srsltid=AfmBOoq5-E3g9D7_KFUtHG-BJIThpY9LPkAQQ7bCv3_hUpiaE4I8HidD I was charmed by this Manga girl pendant. This girl holds Teddy Bear in her hands and she herself has animal eared headpiece and cute dress with  big bow on the back. Also cat head slippers that she wears adds to the cuteness. So Kawaii ! I adore her! I believe she is available on www.Temu.com I am not 100% if it is Kosta Boda plate or not because this glass plate have grapes and vine leaves pressed on the glass. But when I look around internet...other plates don't have...

Here are my this week findings.  Childrens Book: "Arthur Spiderwick's Field Guide to The Fantastical World Around you". I have only heard about this book series but it is after my childhood. I fell for the illustrations...as soon I opened the book to browse my jaw dropped. That's how beautiful it is. The book writer is Holly Black and illustrator Tony DiTerlizzi.  https://blackholly.com/   https://diterlizzi.com/ https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/277187.Arthur_Spiderwick_s_Field_Guide_to_the_Fantastical_World_Around_You This book is designed so beautifully, some pages can be unfolded to bigger format pictures...it describes fantastic creatures and the illustrations of them are amazing. What a fabulous find with 3 EURs.  I am thinking to watch The Spiderwick Chronicles movie now...and as I looked into it there is also TV series that I was not aware. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt16026032/?ref_=fn_all_ttl_2 Then I came across this Atlas of Wine.  It is abo...

Thrifting artsy stuff and fabulous Albert Hadley book

Image
This haul consist stuff from different charity shop finds that I have popped in on different days. The book is from the day when book gods smiled at me in one charity shop. I think I bought four coffee table books from that shop on one go. I will spread them in between blog posts to keep a variety of items. These Keith Haring canvas trainers are very cool looking and on closer research I believe them to be Primark collection. I don't think they are worth a big deal but anything artsy...I like. https://www.primark.com/en-ie/a/inspiration/fashion-trends/keith-haring-spring-collection Thomas Ferguson's Irish Linen production history goes back to 1845. That is incredible in itself. The linen produce is finest in the World! It just screams quality. Bonus is Celtic pattern. Of course I crabbed it. Never used, still packed. Fabulous! https://fergusonsirishlinen.com/pages/about-us These framed artsy tiles show seashells and are perfect for decorating bathroom. I am not sure what compa...

Thrifting - 2 epic finds Alessi Coffee press and amazing velvet blazer

Image
In this post I show my recent 2 thrifting finds that I consider Epic. But I leave them for last. This is a set of three candles that has been donated most likely because of its damaged box. It was originally sold at Meadows and Burns that is quality lifestyle and home goods retailer. Set is named coastline and the aroma is more to the freshly washed linen smell than sea smell. It is good, not overpowering fragrance. https://www.meadowsandbyrne.com/blog/  It looks like I was a in a smell sensory mood while shopping because I also grabbed this Ashleigh and Burwood London Oriental Spice diffuser. My home is smelling gooooood 😀 https://ashleigh-burwood.co.uk/pages/our-story How could I not buy this book when it has such a colorful and eclectic style represented. There are also needlepoint patterns inside. I doubt that I would try to do something so big myself. Still, this book inspires me and Kaffee Fassett himself is personality to behold.  I love anything embroidered and...
